Job Overview

We are creating a world-class AI Centre of Excellence to drive breakthrough innovation and commercialize next-generation AI solutions. As the Head of AI TIC, you will define the AI vision, lead advanced research, and scale enterprise-grade AI products from concept to global deployment. This leadership role will be responsible for shaping the AI roadmap, building high-performing research teams, architecting scalable AI ecosystems, and driving AI innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute the long-term AI roadmap aligned with business transformation and global expansion.
- Champion Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and advanced Machine Learning for enterprise applications.
- Establish frameworks for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and compliance.

Architecture & Innovation
- Architect scalable AI ecosystems with LLMOps/MLOps pipelines and secure enterprise integration.
- Lead development and fine-tuning of proprietary LLMs, multimodal models,



and retrieval-augmented systems.
- Ensure robust AI data governance and architecture.

Delivery & Scaling
- Drive rapid prototyping and transition AI research into production-grade deployments.
- Build and scale the AI Technology Innovation Center to support multiple enterprise initiatives.
- Implement CI/CD for ML, automated monitoring, and performance optimization using ONNX, DeepSpeed, and similar frameworks.
- Drive successful technology transfer from research to commercial products.

Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and lead teams of AI researchers, engineers, and MLOps professionals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and execution.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI into enterprise solutions.
- Lead and mentor research teams of 1530 members.
