Overview
Lutron Electronics has an immediate opening for a Senior Information Systems Specialist to support and enhance the SharePoint platform. The role, based in Gurgaon, will work closely with Lutron’s global Information Technology team to continuously improve SharePoint capabilities. This includes gathering business requirements, incorporating user feedback, and designing scalable, best-practice solutions aligned with Lutron standards.

The individual will collaborate across regions to optimize workflows, improve user experience, and ensure the platform effectively supports business operations.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions, intranet sites, and web components based on business requirements.
- Build and maintain SharePoint applications using C#, XML, SQL, and related technologies.
- Design and implement workflows using Power Automate to streamline and automate business processes.
- Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to support SharePoint Online administration and automation.




- Maintain and enhance SharePoint environments and web applications, ensuring stability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, review designs, and deliver solutions aligned with timelines and standards.
- Manage day-to-day task prioritization and delivery, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure quality of deliverables, track performance metrics, and drive improvements in delivery efficiency.
- Provide user training and support, enabling adoption and effective use of SharePoint solutions.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across regions to resolve technical issues and deliver enhancements that improve business processes.
- Work within an Agile/Secure environment, collaborating with global IT teams on solution delivery and support.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives, while building understanding of broader IT systems and integrations
