Role Context:
A dedicated and detail-oriented professional with 1+ years of experience in customer service and project management. Fluent in Japanese and English, with proficiency in the Office 365 Cloud System, I am adept at updating data, processing information, and maintaining seamless communication with clients. I take pride in my ability to manage tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy. Known for my quick learning ability and flexibility, I am eager to contribute to the success of the team while upholding floor discipline and meeting project objectives.

Responsibilities:




- Collaborate with clients using the Office 365 Cloud System to perform tasks related to project requirements.
- Update retailers data in the client system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain regular communication and coordination with clients to address any concerns or feedbacks.
- Process data efficiently and accurately within the client's system.
- Report daily assignments to the supervisor, providing updates on progress and completion.
- Communicate via email with clients and colleagues to exchange necessary information.
- Attend daily/weekly meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to discuss project updates and objectives.
- Maintain shift adherence and floor discipline.
