About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ORM (Online Reputation Management) Specialist – Dhaka Bengali to manage and strengthen the online presence and brand reputation of our client.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Dhaka/Bangladeshi Bengali communication (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) and experience handling digital reputation across social media platforms, review sites, forums, and online communities. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in ORM, social media management, community management, or customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor online conversations, reviews, comments, and brand mentions across digital platforms.
- Respond to customer queries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and qualified manner, primarily in Dhaka/Bangladeshi Bengali.
- Manage and maintain brand reputation across social media channels, review platforms, and online communities.
- Perform quality control checks on customer interactions, responses, and online communications to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and language quality.




- Identify potential reputation risks and escalate critical issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Create response strategies and communication plans for effective reputation management.
- Track customer sentiment and provide actionable insights through regular reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Content, Social Media, and Customer Support teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends related to online reputation management.
- Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and communication standards.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM), Social Media Management, Community Management, or a related role.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Dhaka/Bangladeshi Bengali (written and verbal) is mandatory.
