Role
- Build and own a production RAG pipeline: ingestion, embedding, indexing, hybrid retrieval (lexical + vector), reranking, and grounded generation with citations. Please note you should have building such system in the past
- Build LLM agents and tool-using workflows (function calling, structured outputs, multi-step pipelines) for content review and fact-checking Build AI-driven analysis and recommendation features on top of user activity data
- Build the evaluation harness for all of it: golden sets, retrieval metrics, faithfulness checks, prompt regression tests. Specialised team will work with you on this
- Optimize quality, latency, and cost for a mobile-first product
- Setup, monitor agentic (and improve on) workflow for the whole team
