Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console
- Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create marketing assets
- Manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, drip campaigns, automation)
- Track KPIs (traffic, conversions, CTR, ROAS, CAC) and provide actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes




- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven spending for multiple client accounts
Required Skills Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics/GA4
- Robust understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles
- Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate reports
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts/campaigns simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus
Nice to Have
- Google Ads / HubSpot / Meta Blueprint certifications
- Experience with marketing analytics tools
