Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market, Sales strategy and execution. You will be responsible for building our brand from the ground up, establishing robust dealer/distributor networks, and driving revenue growth. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role perfect for an entrepreneurial professional passionate about sustainable agriculture.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Distribution Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual and quarterly sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
- Identify, appoint, and manage a robust network of dealers, distributors, and channel partners across targeted agricultural regions.




- Conduct competitor analysis and develop data-driven pricing models to remain competitive while ensuring profitability.
- Oversee order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery to customers.

Marketing & Brand Building
- Define the unique value proposition (UVP) for our organic manure to differentiate our products from chemical alternatives.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, print media, and social media outreach.
- Organize and participate in agricultural trade fairs, exhibitions, and community outreach programs to build brand visibility.
- Develop promotional materials, product brochures, and case studies highlighting the benefits of organic fertilizer.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
