Role Summary

The Supply Chain Executive will oversee end-to-end logistics operations including inbound materials, outbound finished goods, warehousing, dispatch planning, transportation, and vendor management to ensure timely, cost-effective, and productive supply chain performance in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manageinboundlogistics: raw material planning, tracking, unloading, and storage. • Overseeoutboundlogistics: dispatch scheduling, load planning, vehicle allocation, and timely delivery. • Leadwarehouseoperationsensuring proper storage, FIFO/FEFO, safety, and inventory accuracy. • Coordinatewithproduction, procurement, and sales teams for daily logistics requirements. • Optimizelogistics costs through route planning, freight negotiation, and supplier performance reviews. • Ensurealldocumentation: GRN, e-way bills, dispatch notes, shipping documents,



and ERPentries. • Monitorlogistics KPIs: OTIF, turnaround time, freight cost per ton/km, and inventory levels. • Handletransporter selection, contracts, and performance management. • Implementsafety, compliance, and statutory guidelines as per industry standards. • Resolvelogistics issues and ensure high customer satisfaction. • Drivecontinuousimprovementinprocesses through automation and best practices. Educational & Experience Requirements • Bachelorsdegree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. • 5–10yearsoflogistics experience, preferably in a manufacturing or Production setup. • Experiencehandling high-volume, time-sensitive material movement
