Job Title: AI Lead

Job Description: The Artificial Intelligence Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of AI strategies and projects. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking. The Artificial Intelligence Lead will work closely with cross- functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the AI team in developing and deploying AI models and algorithms.

• Define the AI strategy in alignment with the companys goals and objectives.

• Oversee the end-to-end AI project life cycle, from conceptualization to deployment.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.

• Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate relevant innovations.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.

• Manage the AI teams resources, budget, and timelines.

• Communicate AI project progress and insights into executive leadership.





Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience of 5+ years in AI, machine learning, and data science.

• Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts with Langgraph (autonomous agents, goal-oriented systems, planning & execution loops).

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing.

• Experience with AI development frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit- learn).

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

• Solid expertise in AI/ML system design and architecture.

• Experience with model validation, testing, and performance optimization.

• Good understanding of data engineering concepts and data governance practices.

• Awareness of AI risk, secure development practices, and responsible AI implementation.
