Role Description
The Food and Beverage Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Zone by The Park in Kolkata. This role is responsible for providing attentive food and beverage service in the restaurant, bar, and in-room dining areas, ensuring guests have a positive and seamless experience. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and seating guests, taking and serving orders, coordinating with the kitchen team, maintaining cleanliness and presentation of service areas, and handling billing and payment processes accurately.



The associate supports the preparation and setup of buffets or events, adheres to hygiene and safety standards, and proactively responds to guest requests or concerns. Collaboration with colleagues and supervisors is essential to maintain service quality and contribute to the hotel’s energetic, social atmosphere.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, with an understanding of menu items and basic service standards.
- Candidates should possess robust Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Candidates should possess foundational Culinary Skills, including basic food handling and awareness of hygiene and safety practices.
- Relevant experience in hotel, restaurant, or bar service is preferred; prior work in a fast-paced hospitality environment is an advantage.
