Role & responsibilities
- Visit referring doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers to promote hospital services and specialties.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with referral partners and corporate clients.
- Coordinate referral patient appointments, feedback, and follow-up activities.
- Support referral marketing campaigns, CMEs, health camps, and outreach programs.
- Generate leads and support conversion of referral opportunities into business.
- Maintain referral databases, visit reports, and daily activity records.
- Conduct market surveys and collect competitor information.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth patient referral handling and service delivery.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, awareness programs, and branding activities.
- Monitor referral performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure timely communication and support to referral partners and stakeholders.
- Support digital and offline marketing activities related to referral business development.

Experience in hospital or healthcare industry is preferred.
