Job Title: HR ExecutiveJob Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the company's human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, payroll support, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess solid communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and support payroll processing.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and welfare initiatives.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Support performance appraisal and employee development processes.
- Address employee queries and help resolve workplace issues professionally.




- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill manpower requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM/MSW in Human Resources is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Executive role.
- Freshers with relevant internships may also apply.
