Role Description
The Project Assistant will support interior design and execution activities for residential and commercial projects. This full-time in office role, based in Kolkata, involves coordinating with designers, vendors, and contractors, preparing project documentation, and maintaining schedules and progress updates. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with material selection and samples, organizing client presentations,



tracking project timelines and budgets, and ensuring accurate communication across all stakeholders. The Project Assistant will also help with site visits, measurements, basic quality checks, and follow-up on deliveries and installations to support smooth project completion.

Qualifications
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and digital documentation tools.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to tracking schedules, budgets, and project milestones.
- Interest in interior design, architecture, or related fields; prior exposure or internship experience is an advantage.
