Lunetron is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about education, enjoy interacting with students, and have experience in sales, business development, or academic counseling.

As a Business Development Executive, you will connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, and guide them in choosing the most suitable training programs and certification courses. You will be responsible for counseling students, explaining course offerings, handling inquiries, following up with leads, and assisting them throughout the enrollment process.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Educational Sales, Academic Counseling, Student Admissions, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.
- Strong interest in education, career counseling, and helping students choose the right training programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand students' career goals and recommend suitable training or certification programs.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and online communication tools.
