About The Role
- We are looking for a driven SEO Associate to support and execute search engine optimisation strategies across a diverse portfolio of client accounts.
- The ideal candidate is hands-on with on-page SEO, confident in link-building, and comfortable diagnosing site issues through audits.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute backlink generation campaigns using ethical, white-hat outreach and link-building techniques.
- Perform on-page SEO tasks, including meta title and description optimisation, header structuring, internal linking, image alt text, and content optimisation.
- Conduct SEO audits to identify technical, on-page, and structural issues, and recommend actionable fixes.
- Carry out keyword research and mapping to support content and ranking objectives.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and performance metrics, and report findings clearly.




- Support online reputation management (ORM) efforts by monitoring brand mentions, managing reviews, and helping maintain a positive brand presence across search and social platforms.
- Leverage Reddit and other community platforms to build brand visibility, engage in relevant discussions, and support link-building and content amplification.
- Collaborate with content, design, and account teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and evolving SEO best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or multi-client workplace.
- Proven experience in backlink generation and off-page link-building strategies.
- Strong working knowledge of on-page SEO tasks and best practices.
- Good understanding of SEO audits — technical, on-page, and content-level.
