We're hiring a Social Media - Content Creator Intern at IdeateLab.

Not someone who just "cuts videos."

We need a visual storyteller who crafts scroll-stoppers — someone who knows exactly where the hook hits, where the beat drops, where the font should pop, and where that tiny SFX makes people go, *"Wait, what was that?"*

You understand internet attention spans, trending audios, meme timing, transitions, pacing, and the science of making people pause mid-scroll. You turn raw footage into reels that feel fun, rapid, addictive, and follow-worthy. And you're already using AI to work smarter — you know which tool to reach for, when to let it do the heavy lifting, and how to make the output feel unmistakably human.

Now here's the part we can't fully tell you yet — the project you'd be working on is unlike anything the Indian internet has seen. It has personality. It has opinions. It might even have a favourite food. We're not ready to reveal it just yet. But trust us, you'll want a front-row seat.

What You'll Do
- Edit raw footage into short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) with sharp pacing, hooks, and transitions
- Source and time trending audios, memes, and formats to fit the brand's voice
- Design on-screen text, captions, and motion graphics that pop without cluttering the frame
- Layer in SFX and sound design cues that add rhythm and personality to edits
- Use AI tools (editing, captioning, generative, ideation) to speed up workflows — while keeping the final output feeling human and on-brand
- Brainstorm content ideas and hooks, not just execute someone else's script
- Track what's trending across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X, and translate that into content ideas
- Collaborate closely with the founding/content team on a soon-to-be-revealed project from day one
