We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
QA Analyst
to join our remote technology team. If you're passionate about software quality, enjoy identifying issues, and are eager to build a career in Quality Assurance, this is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience while working remotely from anywhere in Australia.

? Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases to verify software functionality, usability, and performance.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
- Review business and functional requirements to ensure complete test coverage.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Create, maintain, and update test plans, test cases,



and QA documentation.
- Verify bug fixes and validate new features before deployment.
- Contribute to improving QA processes, testing standards, and overall product quality.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent knowledge).
- Basic understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
- Familiarity with test management or bug tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, or automation testing concepts is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote team environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Australia.
