About the Role:

Tectra Technologies is looking for a creative and talented
Graphic Designer & 3D Motion Designer
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a robust eye for design, expertise in creating engaging static and motion graphics, and experience in developing high-quality 3D animations for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and branding projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Create engaging 2D and 3D motion graphics, animations, and promotional videos.
- Develop product animations, logo reveals, explainer videos, and visual effects.
- Design high-quality creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual content.
- Edit videos and enhance them with motion graphics for reels, YouTube videos, and promotional campaigns.




- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and AI-powered design tools.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills:
- 1–2 years of professional experience
as a Graphic Designer and Motion Designer.
- Strong proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop
.
- Hands-on experience with
Adobe Illustrator
.
- Expertise in
Adobe After Effects
for motion graphics and animation.
- Experience with
Adobe Premiere Pro
for video editing.
- Knowledge of
Blender, Cinema 4D, or Autodesk Maya
for 3D modeling and animation.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create high-quality 3D animations, visual effects, and engaging motion content.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and time management skills.
