Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghatkopar, Mumbai, focused on Shipping Bill and Checklist documentation. The role involves preparing, verifying, and maintaining shipping bills and related export documentation in line with customs and regulatory requirements. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as customers, customs brokers, and transport partners to ensure timely and accurate documentation. Daily tasks include data entry in relevant systems, checking documents against checklists,



resolving discrepancies, and keeping records organized for audits and compliance. The position requires adherence to company procedures, meeting deadlines for shipments, and maintaining explicit communication regarding document status and any issues.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of export documentation processes, especially shipping bills, checklists, and basic customs requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with documentation or logistics software tools.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to review documents for compliance and completeness.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, customers, and external agencies.
- Ability to work on-site in Kurla, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple shipments and deadlines.
