In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- At least 3 5 years in HR,



preferably in hospitality or service-oriented industries.
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and labor laws.
- Solid verbal and written communication; able to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Approachable, empathetic, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Adherence to the highest professional ethics and standards, maintaining integrity and transparency.
