Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Compensation Administrator to support global compensation operations and HR processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation and benefits administration, HRMS platforms, reporting, and process improvement. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end compensation administration, including salary changes, compensation transactions, and benefits-related activities.
- Support compensation planning, annual salary review cycles, incentive administration, and related HR operations.
- Maintain accurate employee compensation data in HRMS platforms and ensure data integrity.
- Analyze operational metrics and prepare reports, dashboards, and compensation insights for business stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements,



and audit standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to Operational Excellence (OE) initiatives.
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
- Resolve complex compensation-related queries by collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality HR operational support while meeting defined SLAs and quality standards.
- Support rotational shifts, if required, based on business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits Administration or HR Operations.
- Experience managing compensation administration processes.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HR systems.
- Experience supporting global clients, with US client exposure preferred. Experience supporting UK, APAC, or EMEA region
