Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Madhya Pradesh, India.



The Civil Engineer will oversee and manage construction activities for residential and commercial projects, including site supervision, coordination of contractors and workers, and monitoring project progress against plans and schedules. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing structural and civil drawings, conducting technical evaluations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, and supporting quantity estimation and resource planning. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to resolve design and execution issues and maintain clear documentation and reporting. The Civil Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement in construction processes and support timely completion of projects within budget.
