Role Description
The Onboarding Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and timely setup on ZenZebra’s omnichannel platform. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, configuring accounts and settings, assisting with initial product and content setup, and providing clear guidance on platform features and best practices.



The Onboarding Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, monitor onboarding progress, and gather feedback to improve workflows and client satisfaction. Maintaining accurate documentation and delivering a professional, supportive experience to every new client is central to this position.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities to build trust, explain processes clearly, and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess customer onboarding and client onboarding experience, including managing implementation timelines and guiding clients through platform setup.
