Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a Commerce graduate with a strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). You will support our daily financial operations, manage billing, track expenses, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Tally.
- Invoicing & Billing: Generate skilled invoices, track outstanding customer payments, and manage vendor accounts.
- Banking Operations: Handle routine banking tasks, including bank reconciliations, checking bank statements, and tracking cash flows.
- Expense Management:



Verify and record daily petty cash expenses, ensuring all vouchers and receipts are properly documented and authorized.
- Data Management: Prepare and maintain financial spreadsheets in MS Excel for management review.
- Compliance Support: Assist senior management in organizing documents required for GST, TDS, and regular tax filings.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience in a business or firm environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Tally (ERP 9 or Prime).
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel formulas, Word, and basic formatting).
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, good organizational habits, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
