Performance Test Engineer Pune · Full-time · Hybrid

About the Role We are seeking a Senior Performance Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in modern load testing tools, coding and scripting languages, and observability and APM tools. The role requires deep experience in analyzing server behavior during load tests and building performance dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance tests using modern load testing tools
- Write and modify performance scripts natively without relying on GUI recorders
- Analyze server behavior during load tests using Application Performance Monitoring platforms




- Build performance dashboards and query data sources using open-source telemetry tools
- Test applications deployed on modern cloud infrastructure
- Apply analytical foundations such as Workload Modeling, Concurrency Formulas, Little’s Law, or p95/p99 Latency Percentiles

Requirements
- Hands-on experience in at least one contemporary, code-driven load testing tool (k6, Apache JMeter, Locust, Gatling)
- Ability to write and modify performance scripts in languages such as JavaScript, Java, Groovy, Python, or Go
- Deep experience analyzing server behavior during load tests using Application Performance Monitoring platforms (Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, AppDynamics)
- Experience building performance dashboards and querying data sources using open-source telemetry tools (Grafana, Prometheus, InfluxDB)
- Experience testing applications deployed on modern cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of advanced concepts such as Workload
