ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Associate to manage our inbound leads from first contact through counselling appointment booking.

Students enquire through our marketing campaigns — you'll be their first point of contact. Your job is to qualify them and schedule counselling sessions with our senior counsellor.

This is primarily an outbound calling role on warm inbound leads. Expect 30–50 quality conversations per day, largely in Telugu, often with parents on the line.

As AbroadRunway grows, you'll also contribute to broader business operations and growth initiatives.
