Key Responsibilities:
- Create and publish technical job descriptions across leading IT job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant sourcing channels.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for a wide range of technical positions.
- Conduct candidate interviews using structured interviews, technical evaluations, and behavioral assessment techniques.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through an organized Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring candidate records are accurate and up to date.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to support strategic hiring discussions with clients.
- Participate in technology conferences, networking events, and professional meetups to build relationships with IT professionals and expand the talent network.





Required Skills & Expertise:
- Strong experience in US IT Recruitment across various technologies and domains.
- Hands-on experience working with candidates on visa types including
H-1B, H-1B Transfer, OPT-EAD, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, TN, Green Card (GC), and US Citizens (USC)
.
- Thorough understanding of US employment and tax terms, including
W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), and 1099
.
- Valuable knowledge of US time zones and experience coordinating interviews across different regions.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously while delivering quality candidates within defined timelines.
