The Sales Manager Diesel Genset Business will be responsible for driving sales growth across North India by acquiring new customers, strengthening existing client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence in the Diesel Genset business. The role will focus on identifying business opportunities across Industrial, Commercial, Infrastructure, Data Centers, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Telecom, and EPC segments while ensuring achievement of sales targets and sustainable business growth.

Desired Profile

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline. MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience

12–15 years of experience in B2B Sales within the Diesel Genset, Power Generation, EPC, Electrical Equipment, or Industrial Engineering industry.

Industry Experience

Diesel Gensets, Power Generation, EPC, Industrial Equipment, Electrical Solutions, Energy Solutions, Infrastructure Projects.

Additional Requirements

Strong knowledge of DG Sets, Power Backup Solutions, Industrial Sales,



Dealer Management, Channel Sales, Key Account Management, Government Tenders, EPC Projects, CRM tools, commercial negotiations, and customer relationship management. Willingness to travel extensively across North India.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales qualified with a proven track record in selling Diesel Gensets and power solutions. The individual should possess excellent customer relationship management skills, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
