About the Role
Mind & Matter is looking for a results-driven SEO Manager with 2–3 years of relevant industry experience to improve the client's website's organic visibility, search engine rankings, and overall digital presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimisation.
- Monitor website performance and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
- Track, analyse, and report SEO performance using tools.
- Manage link-building campaigns and improve domain authority.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO or Digital Marketing.
- Robust knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
- Understanding of website architecture, HTML, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or relevant industry.
- Certification in SEO, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- Knowledge of content marketing
