Job Purpose: Lead - Design is responsible for shaping and executing the architectural vision for airport projects. This role focuses on creating creative, sustainable, and functional urban spaces that align with the airport s strategic goals. Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, master planning, technical oversight, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with environmental and industry standards.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor of Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Preferred: M. Arch from reputed institutes such as CEPT University and School of Planning Architecture (SPA).
- 15-18 years of experience in architectural design for real estate and hospitality projects.
- Proven track record in leading full-cycle projects from concept development to on-site completion.
- Experience in government liaison and regulatory statutory design-related approvals
Purpose:
The Design Management Approvals Architect will play a pivotal role in leading architectural design initiatives for real estate and hospitality projects.
The candidate must have government liaison and approvals experience. The position requires a Bachelor of Architecture and preferably a Master of Architecture from a reputed institute and a proven track record in conceptualizing and overseeing mixed-use developments, business parks, and retail spaces. The ideal candidate will have 15-18 years of experience and possess exceptional skills in architectural design for hospitality-led projects. This position will report to Head Design Functionally and Project Development Head Administratively.
