Position: Digital Marketing Executive Email, WhatsApp & SMS Marketing

About the Role
Kedia Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a digital marketing executive to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and SMS channels to drive client engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness for our broking and wealth management services.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, product updates)
Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns using tools like AiSensy, WATI, or similar platforms
Design and run SMS marketing campaigns for client outreach and alerts
Build and segment customer databases/contact lists for targeted campaigns
Create engaging content, templates, and creatives for each channel
Track campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize accordingly
Ensure compliance with SEBI/TRAI guidelines for financial marketing communications
Coordinate with sales/RM teams to align campaigns with lead generation goals
A/B test messaging,

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field

1-3 years of experience in digital/email/WhatsApp marketing (freshers with strong portfolios may be considered)

Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (AiSensy, WATI, Brevo, Mailchimp, or similar)

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer segmentation

Familiarity with financial services/broking industry is a plus (not mandatory)

Strong written communication skills (for crafting compelling campaign copy)

Data-driven mindset comfortable reading analytics and adjusting strategy

Creative thinker who can design easy templates (Canva/basic design tools helpful)
