Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role based at Aditya Raj Law Chambers in Delhi, India. The role involves supporting legal matters through drafting and reviewing pleadings, contracts, opinions, and correspondence under supervision. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research,



analyzing statutes and case law, preparing case summaries, and assisting with hearing and trial preparation. The role also includes coordinating with clients, courts, and regulatory bodies, maintaining case files and documentation, and ensuring timelines and procedural requirements are met.

Qualifications
- Strong legal research and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret statutes, case law, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and document review, with attention to detail in pleadings, contracts, notices, and opinions.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple matters, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
