Job Description Job Title: SEO Intern

Under Prime Minister Internship Scheme – PMIS

About the Role

Vedanta Foundation invites applications for an SEO Intern under PMIS. The intern will support website optimization, keyword research, content improvement, performance tracking, and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, titles, meta descriptions, headings, and images.
- Monitor website traffic, rankings, clicks, and impressions.
- Assist with on-page, off-page, and local SEO activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports.
- Coordinate with content, design, and website development teams.
- Support blog planning, backlink activities, and website updates.

Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console,



and keyword tools.
- Good written communication and content-writing skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress will be an advantage.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age between 18–25 years.
- Graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Media, Journalism, BBA, BMS, B.Com, BA, IT, or a related field.
- Must not be in full-time employment.
- Annual family income should be below ₹12 LPA.
- Willing to commit for 6 or 9 months.
