Social Media Intern

Nap Chief is looking for a social media-savvy intern who loves creating content, staying on top of trends, and engaging with our community across platforms.

What You'll Be Doing
- Respond to customer DMs, comments, and messages across social media platforms.
- Handle customer queries related to products, pricing, orders, returns, exchanges, and basic support.
- Monitor social media interactions and escalate issues to the relevant teams when required.
- Coordinate with our customer support team to ensure timely query resolution.
- Assist in shooting and curating engaging content with our founders and team for social media.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, Reels, and short-form videos using a smartphone.




- Be open to occasional travel to our factory for content shoots and business requirements.

What We're Looking For
- Passionate about social media with a valuable understanding of Instagram trends, Reels, Shorts, and short-form content.
- Comfortable using a smartphone to shoot high-quality photos and videos.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
