Job Summary:
We are on the hunt for an exceptional Assistant Manager - Human Resources to join our dynamic team of 90 employees. In this role, you will report directly to the top management and play a crucial role in shaping our company's growth by overseeing the human resources function.
The Assistant Manager - Human Resources will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, onboarding & off boarding formalities, HR Portal management, compensation and benefits.
