Job Overview:

Pension Bazaar is looking for a Data Analyst to analyze business data, generate insights, prepare reports, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL skills, dashboarding experience, and knowledge of Python for data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards and MIS reports for business performance tracking
- Write and optimize SQL queries using MySQL for data extraction and analysis
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and ensure data accuracy
- Create automated reports and improve reporting processes
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide analytical solutions
- Analyze key business metrics and provide actionable insights
- Use Python for data analysis, data manipulation,



and automation of reporting tasks

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst / Analytics role
- Solid hands-on experience with MySQL and SQL queries
- Experience in creating dashboards and reports
- Good knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, data handling, automation)
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI / Tableau preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights
- Good communication skills
