Role Description
The Client Relationship Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with authors, publishers, and partners, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and maintaining solid, professional relationships. The role includes understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams to deliver services such as editing, design, and marketing,



and monitoring project progress to meet agreed timelines. The Client Relationship Executive will also handle account follow-ups, gather client feedback, assist in resolving issues, and support the development of long-term engagement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
- Strong Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills to oversee client portfolios and ensure service delivery.
- Proven Client Relations and Relationship Building abilities to foster trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for client interactions and internal coordination.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Relevant experience in client-facing roles, preferably in publishing, marketing, or related creative industries.
- Bachelor’s degre
