The Person will lead the complete development and industrialization of steering column manufacturing from customer RFQ to mass production. The role is responsible for project management, product engineering, customer coordination, process development, tooling readiness,PPAP approval, and successful SOP (Start of Production) launches. The incumbent will work closely with OEM customers, cross-functional teams, and suppliers to ensure quality, cost, delivery, and performance objectives are achieved.

- Preparation of proto & pilot samples for current products
- Verification of new tools and fixture with coordination team

- Plan and conduct PPAP run before SOP of product
- Preparation and submission of PPAP documentation along with QA team
