Job Description:
As a Zonal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing the sales of assigned business zone and its operations across various divisions.
Job Responsibilities
1. Business Development with all leading doctors / General Practitioners in the city and peripheral areas.
2. Develop a cordial relationship with the treatment centres / hospitals / chains and clinical practitioners across the assigned Zone to get regular flow of referrals.
3. Should have excellent rapport with key opinion leaders, (KOLs), influencers and senior practitioners (KBLs) in the public and private space.
4. Create opportunities for conducting camps, CMEs, RTMs / doctor / patient contact programs regularly review meetings, and other engagement plans in coordination with field manages as part of the marketing activity in coordination with Sales Head & head office.

Provide inputs for marketing communications, branding, product brochures etc.
6. Responsible for meet the Monthly, Quarterly & Annual target of self and team assigned.
7. Ability to manage data, presentations and influence decision-making.
8. Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
1. Bachelors / masters in science (preferably Bio Science).
2. Excellent oral & written communication skills.
3. Role will involve extensive travel across assigned Zone to carry the above outlined activities and meet with Clinicians / KOLs / KBLs and relevant stakeholders at regular intervals to achieve desired sales performance.
4. Minimum of 15 - 18 years of experience in sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical industry with minimum 3 years in capacity of a successful Regional Sales Manager.
