Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, and manage day-to-day site operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor construction quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project managers.
- Plan and monitor labour, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Verify measurements and maintain site records.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.




- Ensure timely completion of work as per the project schedule.
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 15 years of experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Positive knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Bengaluru.
