Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy Senior Financial Advisor with a proven track record in sales and relationship management. Your primary focus will be turning warm leads into active subscribers by matching their trading styles with our premium research packages, while managing ongoing client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Conversion: Proactively connect with incoming warm leads to pitch Alpha Insiight’s premium subscription packages (Equity, F&O;, MCX) and consistently hit monthly sales conversion targets.
· Advisory & Guidance: Onboard recent clients seamlessly, explaining our unique research call methodology and assisting them with disciplined entry, target, and stop-loss execution details.
· Risk & Portfolio Management: Assess individual client risk profiles and guide them on strict capital allocation metrics to maximize portfolio retention and advisory value.
· Regulatory Compliance: Maintain 100% adherence to SEBI guidelines and internal codes of conduct during all client interactions and advisory updates.
What We Are Looking For
· Experience: 2–5 years of strong experience in financial sales, stock advisory, or wealth management within the Indian markets.
· Key Skills: A natural closer. Strong sales acumen, excellent verbal communication, objection-handling capacity, and relationship building.
· Market Knowledge: Solid foundational understanding of the Indian stock market, especially F&O; and intraday trading mechanics.
· Certifications: NISM Series XV (Research Analyst) or Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certifications are highly preferred.
