To verify data and complete procedural checks against predefined processes or criteria to ensure accuracy and quality. Use appropriate tools and equipment procedures as required. To make decisions relating to procedural checks, including situations where the outcome is not clearly indicated and seek support of senior team members as required. To provide feedback on processes and procedures proactively, make recommendation for continuous improvement to senior team members.
- To investigate and resolve problems or exceptional situations using systems or equipment, as appropriate. To act as the focal point for specific types of resolutions within the department and across other problem-solving teams. To make decisions based on clearly defined criteria and escalate others as appropriate to senior members. As required, evaluate options,



escalate and gain approval for solutions that are outside of established parameters and support implementation of corrective actions.
