1) Job Purpose:

To support the CEO s Office in driving data-informed decision making by developing and managing executive dashboards that provide a comprehensive view of organizational performance and key business momentum drivers. The role is responsible for generating actionable insights through data analysis, enabling effective performance tracking and strategic reviews, and serving as a central partner for all data and analytics requirements across strategic initiatives and special projects undertaken by the CEOs Office.

2) Dimensions:

Act as the central analytics partner to the CEOs Office, working closely with LOB, Fice, Risk, and Technology teams to extract, validate and consolidate data, thereby enabling enterprisewide performance tracking and reporting.

Drive the development, maintece, and timely dissemination of executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports for leadership review forums.

Monitor and analyze key enterprise and LOB KPIs, providing regular insights on business momentum, performance drivers, deviations, and emerging trends.





Support strategic planning, business reviews, and special projects through data-driven analyses, executive-level presentations, and decision-support frameworks.

Conduct ongoing industry, market, and peer benchmarking using publicly available research, industry reports, and bureau-based intelligence to provide external context and strategic insights.
