Role Summary: We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician to support our business, the candidate will be responsible for supporting our business in office and in the field. They will be performing a variety of support activities while maintaining strong communication with field & business users around expectations and solutions. We are looking for a professional IT Support Technician that is service/support oriented to support our business. This role will report to the Enterprise Operations Manager. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: To include, but not limited to the following: Provide support that meets the high expectations of field and business users Develop new and maintain knowledge articles to teach helpdesk and level 1 teams Determine best course of action for users based on troubleshooting Determine hardware specs needed for client while developing client solutions Prioritize and maintain issues in Service Now for supported staff Analysis of software use cases to determine hardware needs Develop fixes for problems, test,



revise and document fix Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a better experience for the end user Act and present self as extremely professional Develop process with new & existing technology Test hardware configurations SME for unique technologies; segment specific Accountable to operational tasks within all aspects of IT space Document, test, deploy new hardware/software solutions Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Visio. Robust written and verbal communication skills (English). Flexibility to work occasionally outside business hours to support security incident response, project work, or maintenance window activities.
