About Business line/Function: MFS OTC DERIVATIVES – Regulatory Reporting
Position Purpose: To perform daily regulatory reporting processing activities involving EMIR, ASIC, MAS and SFTR Regulations.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Ensure that all the OTC trades, Valuation and Collateral are reported to Trade Repository (DTCC) in a timely manner.
- Ensured that OTC + FX trades, Valuation and Collateral are reported to Trade Repository (DTCC).
- All Nacks/Rejection are actioned and resubmitted to DTCC.
- Reconcile the DTCC position with Client position to ensure that all positions are in line
- No reporting rejections on T+1. Proper follow up on all NACK’s
- Person should be familiar with EMIR, MAS and ASIC Reporting
- Ensure all Nacks/Rejection are actioned and resubmitted to DTCC

- Manage the group inbox and monitor the TAT to email responses.

- Reporting of exceptions in line with internal control and external client requirements.
- Escalating exceptions to appropriate processing team for resolution.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Thorough understanding of all Capital & Derivatives market, financial instruments, Investment banking process and above average accounting skills.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Solid analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks and meets strict deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications and strong MS Excel skills required.
