Developer III - Enterprise Solutions - SAGE X3 Functional Analyst - Order to Cash (O2C) Pan India · Full Time · HYBRID

About the Role The SAGE X3 Functional Analyst - Order to Cash (O2C) is responsible for designing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing the O2C cycle within Sage X3, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, invoicing, credit controls, and customer account management. This hybrid role combines functional consulting, problem-solving, and L2/L3 application support,



working closely with cross-functional teams. The role requires solid knowledge of the full Order to Cash lifecycle and experience with SAGE X3 O2C processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SAGE X3 O2C modules, including Customer Master Data, Sales Quotations, and Sales Orders.
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand As Is processes and design optimized To Be O2C workflows.
- Support enhancements, new features, rollouts, and configuration changes, developing functional specifications for customizations, reports, and integrations.
- Provide L2/L3 support for O2C incidents and service requests, diagnosing issues in sales order processing, deliveries, invoicing, and customer accounts.
- Prepare test scenarios and lead SIT/UAT cycles, validating workflows, data flows, and integrations across modules.
