Role Summary

Banking & Financial Services – Cards (Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Prepaid Cards)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Cards domain expertise with 8-12yrs of experince to work on card issuance, acquiring, card lifecycle management, and digital payments initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, stakeholder management, and supporting end-to-end delivery of Cards-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather,



analyze, and document business requirements for Cards products and payment solutions.
- Conduct workshops with business, operations, compliance, risk, and technology teams.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications.
- Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Support Cards product enhancements, regulatory initiatives, and digital transformation programs.
- Perform gap analysis and impact assessment for new business requirements.
- Facilitate UAT planning, test case review, defect triage, and business sign-off.
- Coordinate with vendors, payment networks, and internal stakeholders.
- Support production releases and post-implementation reviews.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, scheme, and bank policies.
