We are looking for an experienced WFS Functional Consultant to join an upcoming implementation project. This is a remote contract/freelance chance, with the project expected to start within 12 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Configure and support Workforce Software (WFS) solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders during implementation.
- Configure Scheduling, Forecasting, Timekeeping, and related modules.
- Conduct workshops, testing, and user training.
- Support UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Collaborate with technical and integration teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Workforce Software (WFS).
- Strong expertise in Scheduling and Forecasting (preferred).
- Experience with Timekeeping and Workforce Management.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation or support projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support WFS technical solutions.
