Role & responsibilities

Payroll Administration Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
- Leave & Attendance Management Oversee attendance tracking, leave records, and shift schedules; maintain updated data in Zoho HR systems.
- Vendor & Contract Management Work with external vendors for HR services like recruitment, insurance, and training, and manage contracts to ensure everything runs smoothly and meets company standards.
- Employee Engagement Plan and execute engagement initiatives including wellness programs, recognition activities, and cultural events.
- Operational HR Tasks Handle onboarding, documentation, HR records, compliance, and exit formalities.
- POSH Compliance Ensure adherence to the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, conduct awareness sessions, and support the Internal Complaints Committee.
- Audits & Compliance Assist in HR audits, maintain statutory records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Performance Review Support continuous review of employee performance ratings,



coordinate appraisal cycles, and maintain performance data.
- Background Verification (BGV) Conduct and manage background verification processes for new hires, ensuring authenticity of credentials and compliance with company standards.
- Zoho HR Platform Utilize Zoho HR modules for payroll, attendance, performance management, and employee data tracking.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6years of proven experience in HR operations.
- Robust knowledge of labor laws, compliance, POSH regulations, and audit practices.
- Proficiency in Zoho HR or similar HRMS platforms.
- Good to have POSH certification.
