Role Description
The Social Media Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Bhopal. The Social Media Manager will plan, create,



and publish content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for Naukripay Group. This role involves managing daily social media activity, scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring platform performance. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives, optimize content for reach and engagement, and collaborate with internal teams to promote services, events, and employer branding initiatives. The role also includes tracking key metrics, preparing performance reports, staying updated on social media trends and best practices, and recommending improvements to enhance overall digital presence.
